Guests will enjoy a luxury experience hosted by Earle Drake of Laird and Company, featuring unique pairings of a premiere selection of Valdivieso Wines with Chima Brazilian Steakhouse’s quality cheeses, meats and sweet appetizers. Located in Chima’s intimate bar, guests will learn how a fine wine can truly compliment the authentic flavors of Brazilian cuisine and become a connoisseur of the ages, with a discerning palate and rich knowledge of the trade.
Price per person is $25 and includes six pours of premium wine varietals (white, red and sparkling), delicious appetizers and expert education session about wine pairings.
